Taiwan Indicts 62 People and 13 Companies in Prince Group Laundering Case

Taipei prosecutors have indicted 62 people and 13 companies in a transnational money laundering case linked to Cambodia-based Prince Holding Group.
Prosecutors allege that more than NT$10.79 billion entered and moved through Taiwan between 2016 and 2025, much of it via foreign-currency remittances and a network of local companies. They are seeking the maximum 13-year prison term for group founder Chen Zhi.
Authorities also reported seizing assets valued at more than NT$5.5 billion. The indictment contains allegations that must be proven at trial.
