CrowdStrike and CLEAR Integrate Real-Time Biometric Identity Verification Into Falcon Security Workflows
CrowdStrike and CLEAR announced a strategic partnership on 31 August 2026 that integrates CLEAR1, CLEAR’s identity-verification platform, with the CrowdStrike Falcon platform. The integration is designed to let organisations verify the person behind suspicious or unusual activity in real time, rather than relying only on credentials, accounts or recognised devices.
CLEAR1 uses a multi-layered identity process that can include biometrics, government-issued identity documents and checks against authoritative sources. Through integrations with Falcon capabilities including Falcon Next-Gen SIEM and Charlotte Agentic SOAR, CrowdStrike says person-based verification can be triggered directly inside existing security workflows when Falcon detects elevated risk.
In practice, the verification result can be combined with other Falcon signals to help determine whether an activity should be allowed, investigated or blocked. CrowdStrike said the approach is intended to address identity-based attacks in which adversaries use legitimate credentials or trusted access paths to appear like normal users.
The integration is available for existing CrowdStrike and CLEAR1 customers to begin activating immediately. CLEAR says its identity platform serves more than 43 million members, although that figure reflects CLEAR’s broader identity ecosystem rather than the number of enterprise customers using this specific integration.
For compliance and regulated-sector teams, the development is notable because high-assurance digital identity evidence is increasingly being connected to broader risk and monitoring systems instead of remaining a one-time onboarding control. That can strengthen the auditability of identity-related decisions where fraud, account compromise or other risk signals emerge after onboarding.
