Exist Software Labs and SEON Partner to Expand Fraud and AML Capabilities Across Southeast Asia

Philippines-based technology and systems integration firm Exist Software Labs has partnered with fraud prevention and AML technology provider SEON to expand digital trust and financial-crime capabilities for clients across Southeast Asia.

The partnership, announced on 2 September 2026 by Exist and late on 1 September in the United States by SEON, will give Exist’s clients access to SEON’s fraud prevention, identity and AML platform while combining it with Exist’s software engineering, systems integration and digital-transformation services.

Integrated fraud and AML capabilities

According to the companies, the combined offering covers fraud detection and risk intelligence, customer and identity risk assessment, customer screening, payment screening, AML transaction monitoring, risk scoring and decisioning, alert management, investigation and case management. SEON’s announcement also highlights identity verification and regulatory reporting capabilities.

The aim is to bring together risk signals, transaction behaviour and screening data so that organisations can assess suspicious activity in context rather than manage fraud and AML controls across disconnected systems. Exist will support integration of SEON’s technology into clients’ existing infrastructure, reducing the need for organisations to build these capabilities from scratch.

The companies said the partnership is intended for organisations in banking and financial services, fintech, payments, e-commerce and online marketplaces, as well as iGaming and other transaction-intensive sectors. SEON described the agreement as part of its continued expansion in Asia-Pacific, with a particular focus on the Philippines and the wider Southeast Asian market.

SEON says its platform uses real-time first-party data signals to enrich customer profiles, identify suspicious behaviour and support compliance workflows. Its technology also includes tools designed to detect fraud networks, build risk rules, visualise data and assist with regulatory reporting. Exist, meanwhile, has operated for more than two decades as a provider of custom software development, cloud, data and enterprise technology solutions.

The partnership reflects a wider RegTech trend toward combining fraud prevention, identity controls and AML monitoring in a single operational risk layer. For financial institutions and payment businesses, the practical value will depend on how effectively those capabilities are integrated with existing onboarding, transaction-monitoring and investigation workflows.
